GrabOne Coupon & Redemption
I can't find my coupon in my account.
First up, log into GrabOne, head to My Purchases, and make sure you've got All Purchases selected, not just recent ones.
Still can't find it? No worries. Get in contact our Support team through either our website chat function (within business hours) or email us, support@grabone.co.nz and share the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card you used to pay (or your Afterpay order number if that's how you paid), and we'll track it down and get it assigned to your account.
How do I redeem my Experience coupon?
Each deal works a little differently, so it's worth checking the specific redemption instructions on your coupon. Generally, you'll need to contact the GrabOne Partner directly to lock in a booking, then simply show your coupon (digital or printed) when you turn up. The GrabOne Partner will verify it and mark it as redeemed.
Make sure you've downloaded your coupon and had a read of the steps before your visit, just so there are no surprises on the day.
My coupon isn't working with the partner. What do I do?
Start with the basics, check your coupon hasn't expired and re-read the redemption instructions. If the QR code or coupon code is playing up, try logging back into your GrabOne account and re-downloading it from My Purchases.
If it's still not working, get in touch with us and we'll follow up with the partner directly to get it sorted.
