Can I get a refund?
Short answer, it depends on the situation, and we'll always do our best to make it right.
If a partner has let you down (think: business closed, service no longer available, or deal terms not honoured), you're entitled to a full refund, full stop.
For other circumstances, get in touch with our Support team through either our website chat function (within business hours) or email us, support@grabone.co.nz and we'll work through it with you, including looping in the GrabOne Partner if needed.
I got a credit refund but I'd prefer my money back.
Credit refunds are added to your GrabOne account in good faith to use on future purchases. However, if the refund was the result of a partner breaching their deal terms, we can look at refunding back to your original payment method instead.
Just reply to the email from our Support team or contact us directly, let us know your situation and we'll take it from there.
