I can’t log into my GrabOne account.
Try resetting your password using the Forgot Password link on the login page.
Note: If your email address isn’t recognised, you may have used a different email to create your account. Contact our Support team through either our website chat function (within business hours) or email us, support@grabone.co.nz and we can help locate your account.
After submitting your email, you'll receive an email to reset your password with a link to update it. Click the link to enter and confirm your new password.

How can I verify my email address?
To receive your purchase confirmation and coupons via email, you must verify your email address. After setting up your GrabOne account, you will receive an email prompting you to confirm your email.
If you have trouble verifying your email or you have not received a verification email, don't worry! Contact our friendly Customer Support team for manual email verification, please email us using the same email address you've used for the GrabOne account.
