Historical Unredeemed GrabOne Vouchers, GrabOne Credit and GrabOne Store Purchases
We want to acknowledge the disruption and uncertainty that past events created for customers. As new owners, we purchased the GrabOne brand and assets, but not the previous company's debts or obligations.
We legally can't honour vouchers, GrabOne account credit or refunds from the old company.
This also includes any GrabOne Store purchases that were paid for but never received, unfortunately these fall under the previous company's obligations and are not something we're able to fulfil.
If you've been left out of pocket due to historical unused vouchers, it's worth contacting your bank to request a chargeback — even at this stage, some banks will consider a claim under "goods or services not received," so it's worth a conversation with them directly.
What we can say: we're new Kiwi owners building GrabOne from the ground up differently. We're personally vetting every GrabOne Partner, building sustainable partnerships, and putting measures in place to demonstrate our commitment to quality and long-term reliability.
We know trust isn't handed over, it's earned.
