Who is GrabOne?

Following Global Marketplace New Zealand Ltd's (GrabOne’s previous owners) liquidation in October 2025, GrabOne was acquired by Paradigm Group in January 2026. Paradigm Group is a New Zealand holding company led by a high-calibre team of the country's top creatives and digital marketers.

The team bringing GrabOne back to life includes original GrabOne employees returning after more than a decade - people who helped build the platform in the first place and understand what made it special.

We're Kiwi-owned, locally operated from Wellington, and deeply invested in getting this right for Aotearoa.

We’re on a mission to create a platform where Kiwis can discover quality local experiences, services, and businesses across Aotearoa. From iconic restaurants and wellness havens to adventures and everyday essentials. We want to connect Kiwis with the best their communities have to offer - at accessible prices.

We officially relaunched GrabOne on 3 March 2026, under new local ownership and with a renewed commitment to doing things differently, both for our customers and our GrabOne partners.
