If your payment failed during checkout, here are a few things to check:

  • Make sure your card details are entered correctly

  • Check your card hasn't expired

  • Ensure you have sufficient funds available

  • Check with your bank that online transactions are enabled on your card

  • Try a different payment method

I've been charged incorrectly:

If you believe you've been charged an incorrect amount, please contact us immediately at support@grabone.co.nz with the following information:

  • Your GrabOne account email

  • The amount you were charged

  • A screenshot of the charge if possible

Our team will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.

I've been charged twice

If you've been charged twice for the same purchase, please contact us immediately at support@grabone.co.nz with the details above and we'll resolve this for you urgently.
