Once processed, how long does a refund take?
Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 2 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method.
Will I receive a cash refund or GrabOne credit?
This can vary depending on the circumstances of your request. In some cases, refunds may be issued as GrabOne credit rather than returned to your original payment method.
