How to book?
Select your purchase option on the deal. You can use the calendar to check availability before you purchase, or click 'Buy' to head straight to your cart.
In your cart, select your preferred date and time, fill in your details in the booking form, then complete your purchase. Once done, you'll receive two confirmation emails:

An order confirmation with your full booking details
Prefer to book later?
No worries! You can purchase the deal now and book your date and time when it suits you. Simply click 'Book Later' in your cart and complete your purchase.
Why do some deals not have an instant book option?
Instant Book is only available for select deals and merchants on GrabOne. For all other deals, purchase the deal and follow the booking instructions on your coupon to arrange your booking directly with the merchant. Keep an eye on your validity date so your coupon doesn't expire before you book!
