How do I purchase a Store item on GrabOne?
Ordering from the GrabOne Store is simple! Here's how it works:
Find a Store product you love and click through to the deal page
Select your product options (size, colour, quantity etc. if applicable) and click Add to Cart
At the cart page, select a saved delivery address or create a new one! Make sure this is correct before proceeding as we may be unable to change it once your order is placed and processed
Complete your payment and you're done!
Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a purchase summary to your email with your order details. You can also find your order in your GrabOne account under My Purchases.
A couple of things to check before you buy:
Delivery timeframes and any shipping restrictions (such as PO Box and other delivery address limitations) are listed in the deal conditions on the product page - worth a quick read before you checkout!
Shipping costs vary per product and will be shown at in the conditions of the deal and confirmed at checkout
