What if my Store order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe listed on the deal page, here's what to do:
Check your tracking information via the link sent to your email, or in your GrabOne account under My Purchases
Check that your delivery address was entered correctly at the time of purchase
Check with your neighbours or, if you've used a business address, check to see in case the parcel was left with someone on your behalf
If you're still unable to locate your order, contact our Support team at support@grabone.co.nz and we'll follow up with the merchant.
Please note: GrabOne Store products are shipped directly by the merchant, so we may need a little time to investigate with them. We'll get back to you within 2 business days and keep you updated every step of the way.
