What if my Store order hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe listed on the deal page, here's what to do:

  • Check your tracking information via the link sent to your email, or in your GrabOne account under My Purchases

  • Check that your delivery address was entered correctly at the time of purchase

  • Check with your neighbours or, if you've used a business address, check to see in case the parcel was left with someone on your behalf

  • If you're still unable to locate your order, contact our Support team at support@grabone.co.nz and we'll follow up with the merchant.

Please note: GrabOne Store products are shipped directly by the merchant, so we may need a little time to investigate with them. We'll get back to you within 2 business days and keep you updated every step of the way.
