What if my Store item arrives damaged or isn't as described?

We're sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived as expected! Please get in touch with our Support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make it right.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order details and purchase summary

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item if it has arrived damaged

Please note: GrabOne Store products are shipped directly by the merchant. In some cases we may need to liaise with the merchant on your behalf, but we'll keep you updated throughout the process and work to find the best outcome for you.
