What happens if a merchant can't fulfil my Store order?

Occasionally a merchant may be unable to fulfil a Store order. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Your options will include:

  • A replacement or alternative product of equal value

  • A full refund to your original payment method

We'll always reach out to confirm which option works best for you before taking any action - we won't make any changes to your order without your approval.
