Had an issue with a GrabOne purchase? Our NZ-based support team is here to sort it out promptly and fairly, and always in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading Acts.

We're available Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4.30pm, and aim to respond within two business days. Please note we don't have a phone support line, email is the best way to reach us.
