I didn't get an email with my purchase confirmation/coupon? Where is my coupon?
Puzzled why your coupon or purchase confirmation wasn't sent to your email? Here are a few possible reasons. Remember, you can view your purchases anytime in your GrabOne account.
Email address under your GrabOne account is not verified.
Your email may not be verified. To check, log out of your GrabOne account and log back in. If your email is verified, you'll see your account details.
If not, you'll land on a verification page as shown below. Click Resend Verification Email to receive a verification email.
Note: If you clicked Resend Verification Email and received nothing, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't verify your email, please contact our Support team.
Once you've received the verification email, click Confirm email - you've now verified your email address!
Future purchase confirmation emails will arrive in your inbox. If your email is verified but you're not receiving purchase confirmation emails, please contact our Support team through either our website chat function (within business hours) or email us, support@grabone.co.nz
GrabOne emails landing in your spam folder.
If you previously marked one of our emails as spam, your purchase confirmation may have gone to your junk/spam folder. Please check there for a GrabOne confirmation email.
