What do 'blackout dates' in the deal conditions mean?

Edited

Blackout dates (sometimes called block-out dates) are specific days when a deal can't be used - no redemptions, no bookings on those dates. Simple as that.

Every GrabOne deal is set up by our GrabOne Partners, and it's their call which dates are blacked out. The good news? Those dates are always clearly listed in the terms and conditions before you buy — so it's worth a quick check before grabbing a deal.

If you've realised you missed the blackout dates and your voucher isn't working when you need it — don't stress. Reach out to our GrabOne Support team and we'll do our best to help you sort it out.
