What is GrabOne credit?
GrabOne credit is online credit that you can use towards purchases on grabone.co.nz
You may have been refunded in GrabOne credit from a previous purchase, or may have nabbed up one of our occasional credit offers!
You must be logged in to redeem your credit. Credit is valid for all GrabOne categories - Experiences, Products, Escapes unless stated otherwise in the conditions of the deal. Credit cannot be gifted. Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

How do I know if I have GrabOne credit to spend?
To check if you have GrabOne credit to spend and the expiry of the credit, make sure you are logged into your GrabOne account and head to My Account.
You'll see under My GrabOne Bucks your currently available GrabOne credit to spend! You can also see when the credit is due to expire and your previously expired GrabOne credit.
Please note: If you had GrabOne credit that was not used before GrabOne went into liquidation under Global Marketplace New Zealand Ltd (GrabOne’s previous owners) in October 2025, you will be unable to use the credit under our new ownership of GrabOne.
