How do Afterpay refunds work?
If you paid for your GrabOne purchase using Afterpay and have been issued a refund, here's what you need to know:
How are Afterpay refunds processed?
GrabOne can only process refunds back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This means if you paid using Afterpay, your refund will be returned to your Afterpay account.
Which card will my refund go to?
Afterpay refunds are returned to the card used to pay for each individual instalment.
What if my card details have changed?
If you have updated your card details since your purchase - whether that's a new expiry date, a reissued card, or a cancelled card - we'd recommend contacting Afterpay directly and letting them know, they'll be able to sort this out for you!
