I have a coupon or account credit from the old GrabOne ownership - can I use it or get a refund?

We understand that past events created disruption and uncertainty for many of our customers, and we're truly sorry for the impact this has had.

What happened? As new owners, we purchased the GrabOne brand and assets, but not the previous company's debts or obligations. This means we're unfortunately unable to honour:

  • Unused vouchers or coupons from the previous GrabOne

  • GrabOne account credit from the previous GrabOne

  • GrabOne Store purchases that were paid for but never received

These all fall under the previous company's obligations and are not something we're legally able to fulfil.

A note from us: We're new Kiwi owners building GrabOne from the ground up - differently. We're personally vetting every GrabOne Partner, building sustainable partnerships, and putting measures in place to demonstrate our commitment to quality and long-term reliability.

We know trust isn't handed over, it's earned. And we're committed to earning yours.
