Why was my purchase cancelled?

We want every GrabOne experience to be a good one — and sometimes that means stepping in to cancel an order.

We may cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent or payment-related activity, if there's been an error in the deal listing, or if the experience is no longer available. Our GrabOne Partners also have the right to cancel on the same grounds.

If your order is cancelled, you'll get a full refund and a confirmation email straight to your inbox. No chasing required.

We know a cancellation isn't ideal, but we'd rather be upfront and sort it quickly than leave you in the lurch.
